Welcome to Waxx A Holics Beauty & Body. These Terms of Service apply to your use of waxxaholics.com, purchases from our online store, and appointments booked with us. By using our website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders

We work to show our products, descriptions, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. Product colors, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown. We may update product descriptions, prices, or availability at any time.

Your order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel or limit an order if we suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction, a pricing or listing error, or a product availability issue. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Payment and shipping

Payment is due when you place your order. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Shipping and pickup options, estimated timelines, and applicable charges will be shown during checkout or communicated with your order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with available options, consistent with applicable law. Federal rules require online sellers to meet stated shipping promises or provide notice and a cancellation option when a delay occurs. 

Returns, refunds, and store credit

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment, except where required by law.

At our discretion, we may offer store credit or a gift card for an eligible request made within 14 days of delivery. Store credit or a gift card is not guaranteed and is not redeemable for cash. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered. Please contact us before sending an item back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If an order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue. Please keep the product and packaging until we respond.

Product use and appearance

Our products are for external use as directed on the product label. Review the ingredients before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Individual results and experiences may vary.

Because our products use a neutral base, color and scent may vary slightly between batches. Settling may occur during storage or shipping and is normal, especially during hotter months. Follow the directions on the product label.

Some products contain organic turmeric, which may stain clothing, towels, or other fabrics. Use care around light-colored materials and rinse spills promptly.

Appointments and services

Appointments are subject to availability and the service terms shown during booking. Deposits, rescheduling, late arrivals, cancellations, and missed appointments are handled according to the booking policies presented when you schedule. Please review those policies before confirming your appointment.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information and arriving prepared for your selected service. We may decline or reschedule a service when necessary for safety, suitability, or scheduling reasons.

Website content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, product names, logos, and other content on this website belong to Waxx A Holics Beauty & Body or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
