Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

At Waxx A Holics Beauty & Body’s discretion, a customer may be offered store credit or a gift card for an eligible request made within 14 days of receiving the order. Store credit or a gift card is not guaranteed and is not redeemable for cash. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered. Contact us before sending anything back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue. Please do not discard the item or packaging until we respond.

Product appearance and settling

Our products are made with a neutral base, so color and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch. Ingredients may also settle during storage or shipping, especially in hotter months. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a product defect. Follow the product’s label directions before use.

Turmeric and fabric staining

Some products contain organic turmeric, which may stain clothing, towels, or other fabrics. Use care when applying, avoid contact with light-colored materials, and rinse any spills promptly.
